The Parades of White Plains:
Parades are a wonderful way to bring the community together to celebrate either
patriotism or nationalism. They are true expressions of our culture. In downtown
White Plains there is the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, the Memorial Day parade,
the Hispanic Parade and a new event: Juneteenth Parade. Each is an exciting venture with marching bands and
performing groups in colorful costumes. Please call the BID office if you would
like to become involved with any of the parades as a marcher, performer, or
volunteer (914) 328-5166.
