The White Plains Downtown District Management Association is the Business Improvement District for the City of White Plains. The BID is organized to supplement the work done by the City to revitalize downtown White Plains. We are proud to partner with the City to deliver the Clean Sweeps Program, the Ambassador Program, and many other projects such as our Restaurant Guide, Discover White Plains Newsletter and Street Banner Program.
